7) Pricing, payment, and taxes

  • Payment terms (e.g., bank transfer, LC) are set out in the contract/proforma invoice.

  • Banking fees, taxes, duties, and destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

  • Late payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the order and/or additional charges as permitted by law and contract.

8) Trade controls, sanctions, and anti-corruption

You agree not to use our products/services in violation of applicable laws including:

  • Export/import controls, sanctions, embargoes,

  • Anti-money laundering requirements,

  • Anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.

We may refuse or terminate transactions where compliance concerns arise.
